Christmas Trees Are Here!
The wait is over! Our regionally grown, fresh-cut Christmas trees have arrived! You’ll be greeted by rows of beautiful trees, perfect for bringing holiday cheer into your home. Plan to visit early – these seasonal favorites are in high demand, and we want to help you find the perfect tree for your family traditions!
Looking for a tree with a unique touch? Consider having your Christmas tree flocked at New Leaf Nursery. Why would you consider having your Christmas tree flocked? Flocking helps lengthen the amount of time you can keep your tree inside your home. Flocking helps the tree retain its moisture, which slows down the drying process that typically occurs with natural trees within heated homes.
For those who want to make their Christmas tree a long-lasting part of their holiday memories, we also have living Christmas trees that can later be planted in your landscape.
Once again this year we are offering fresh wreaths in three sizes: 24”, 32” and 42”. Each wreath features carefully placed elements that bring natural beauty to life—think colorful berries, unique textures and foliage. These wreaths truly are a "cut above" and make for a stunning addition to your holiday decor. If you’re looking for estate sized wreaths, 32” and 42” are perfect. Need to add a bow? Our elves can make one for you!
Our fresh garlands stretch a generous 25 feet, offering plenty of length to decorate an 8-foot mantel and a standard doorway entrance. One garland will perfectly frame a double doorway, creating a grand and inviting look.
Local grower, Holly Vesterby with Wylde Bloems has created Amaryllis planters for you to purchase in our garden center barn. Amaryllis have become increasingly popular Christmas plants due to their willingness to bloom indoors in winter, producing bright, colorful flowers. If you prefer a fashionable alternative to poinsettias or Christmas cactus, come get one of Holly’s beautiful Amaryllis!

Merry & Bright Community Night
The holiday season is here, and New Leaf Nursery is ready to help you celebrate! Join us Saturday, November 29 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, where you can stroll through our winter wonderland, filled with sparkling lights, fresh greenery, and unique holiday displays that will inspire your seasonal spirit.
Holiday Cheer & Local Goodies
Start your visit by indulging in festive flavors and cozy comforts. Enjoy hot glühwein, beer on tap, and award-winning wines from Rosemary Manor, a local Post Falls favorite. Pair your drinks with sweet treats from Sweet Em’s Bakery, and don’t forget fresh, local jams and jellies from Idaho Jams—perfect for gifts or holiday baking. Vesper Charcuterie will be making a special appearance, offering a bold and flavorful selection of artisan meats, cheeses, and accoutrements. All of these local favorites will be available for purchase during the event!
Sleigh Rides & Santa
We are so happy to have our loveable and kind Santa with us again this season! Santa arrives from the North Pole around noon and his ‘flight’ back is around 6:00 PM. We are also happy to welcome Molly and her team with Glow Up Photo Booth, who will be here from 3-6 PM. She has created a great offer to New Leaf customers for a professional 4”x6” photo, presented in a folder, of your family with Santa for $9.99. Extra photos can be purchased. Photos will be ready to take home the day of the event, or you are welcome to snap a free selfie with Santa if you wish.
Have you seen Santa’s sleigh? Rides will begin around noon and the last ride is at 5:45 PM on the event day. One of Santa’s elves will be your driver on this trip through the nursery to look at holiday lights. The ride is free! But dress warm…it’s sure to be a chilly evening!
