CULTURA will be here serving authentic Mexican street food with a spin. From trompo-fired al pastor & carne asada to Baja fish tacos, loaded fries & homemade aguas frescas, every plate is built on bold flavor and real hospitality.
We’re kicking off the series with THE POLLINATORS — a Pacific Northwest band performing a mix of covers and original tunes. The Pollinators were created by three members of the national touring act Paper Flowers “Remembering Fleetwood Mac” as a fun way to pass the time when not on the road. They play an eclectic mix of music that ranges from Elvis to Lady Gaga and everything in between. You’ll hear rock, pop, funk, soul and country with the focus being predominantly on hits from the 70’s, 80’s MTV classics & 90’s.
