Karin is a certified Physical Therapist, a Master of Science, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and owner of Repair YOU LLC, and she will prepare for you a healthy, and tasty, lunch at the nursery!  She will help you understand the need for building your diet from greens up, adding all the food groups in healthy amounts.
